Stillness practice
Practicing being still has many benefits to your wellbeing. This time may look like simply sitting, listening to a guided meditation, trying a walking meditation and/or discussing our experiences with stillness. When we are still and give space for the chatter of the mind to settle, we can observe what emerges with more clarity. Start your week off with some stillness!
